In China, companies that produce pesticides should obtain the pesticide registration certificate and production license, and the pesticide operation should obtain the business license, according to the "Pesticide Management Regulations".

The use of pesticides should be used in accordance with the use range and safety interval specified on the label, and should not be used beyond the range.

Highly toxic pesticides shall not be used for the prevention and control of health pests, the production of vegetables, fruits, tea, fungi, and Chinese herbal medicines, and shall not be used in the prevention and control of aquatic plant diseases and insect pests.
